A monthly minimum payment is required. For either class the minimum MONTHLY PAYMENT will be APPROXIMATELY $30.00 depending on the current interest rates.
May use this card in the future anywhere Care Credit is Accepted.
**Please understand that Care Credit is a medical credit card and works just like a regular credit card. You will need to be approved but can complete the application process and be notified if you qualify immediately. If approved, you will have a monthly payment until the card is paid in full. After the first 6 months zero interest grace period, if not paid in full, a monthly payment with monthly compounded interest will apply. This card may be used for other medical expenses where offered.
Once you are approved for Care Credit: Email us at: idrpvermont@gmail.com and tell us you have been approved and we will send you an invoice for the class of your choice either ONLINE or IN PERSON. Once you receive the invoice, you can use the new Care Credit to pay.
